01 — Start here

Three ways in.
Pick yours.

Different buyers need different things from us. Rather than make you dig, here are the three doors.

02 — Core capability

Three trades.
One contractor.

Blasting, coating and transport are normally three suppliers, three quotes and three sets of excuses when plant comes back marked. We do all three, so there is one number to call and one business answering for the result.

01 / Blast Heavy haul trailer chassis before abrasive blasting

Abrasive blasting

Failed coatings, corrosion and contamination taken back to sound, keyed steel — to the preparation grade the specification calls for, not to whatever comes off easily.

Surface preparation
02 / Coat Prime mover cab in primer during two pack coating

Protective coatings

Two pack epoxy and polyurethane systems, zinc rich primers and heavy duty industrial topcoats. Selected against the environment the plant works in, not what is on the shelf.

Coating systems
03 / Move Prime mover chassis and cab ready for transport

Heavy haulage

Owner driver, Heavy Combination licensed, running our own prime mover and float. Plant collected, worked on and returned by the same business.

Plant movement
03 — The argument

Why one
contractor.

“When three suppliers touch a machine, nobody owns the damage.”

The reason this business exists
No interface risk

A blaster blames the painter, the painter blames the carrier, the carrier blames the workshop. One contractor end to end removes the argument entirely, because there is nobody else to point at.

No double handling

Every extra pickup and drop is another chance to chip a fresh topcoat and another line on the invoice. Collect once, work once, deliver once.

One accountable person

The person who quotes the job does the work and answers the phone afterward. There is no account manager between you and the trade.

Procurement value

100% Aboriginal owned. The same trade work you would buy anyway, from a supplier that also counts toward your obligations.

04 — How a machine goes through

From worn out
to work ready.

Most of the value in the job is spent before a drop of topcoat is opened. A coating is only as good as the steel underneath it.

01

Strip

Failed coatings, corrosion and contamination removed back to sound, bare substrate.

02

Prep

Surface profiled and keyed. Cleanliness grade confirmed against the specification before anything is primed.

03

Prime

High build protective primer applied inside the manufacturer recoat window for maximum adhesion.

04

Finish

Two pack topcoat laid down panel by panel. Even colour, sharp lines, plant that goes straight back to work.

05 — Work performed
