Owner, operator, and the person who actually does the work. Yorta Yorta.
Josh started out doing mobile abrasive blasting and industrial coatings, then spent time driving heavy combination interstate, running freight, machinery and vehicles into mine sites and depots across five states.
That combination is the whole point of this business. Most blasters have never strapped a machine down. Most carriers have no idea what a fresh topcoat can and cannot take. Doing both means the machine arrives the way it left.
FBTM is registered as a business name under Josh's ABN, with incorporation to a company underway. He owns one hundred per cent of it.
“The person who quotes the job does the work, and answers the phone afterwards.”
The whole business modelJosh is a Yorta Yorta man. The business is 100% Aboriginal owned and operated, and Supply Nation and Kinaway certification are in progress.
Mobile abrasive blasting, surface preparation, industrial coatings and two pack application, plus the component detail work most contractors leave out.
Heavy Combination licensed, interstate experience across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA, including machinery and vehicle transport into mine sites and depots.
| Say no properly | If we cannot do it, cannot resource it, or cannot hit the date, you hear it before you commit. An honest no protects both of us. |
|---|---|
| Quote what we mean | Scope in writing, with what is included and excluded. We do not go looking for variations after award. |
| Record the work | Preparation grade, system applied and completion photographed. If there is a dispute later, there is evidence. |
| Answer the phone | You are calling the owner. There is nobody to be transferred to and nobody to blame. |

That is the only person there is. Call and you get Josh.
