Trade partners & subcontract

For crane hire, plant hire, truck dealers, workshops and panel shops. You need work turned around without supervision, and a subcontractor who does not embarrass you in front of your client.

01 — The offer

Your overflow,
handled quietly.

Plenty of businesses sell refurbished plant, hire out machines that need to present well, or take in bodywork they cannot resource. What they need is not another competitor. It is someone who does the dirty end of the job properly, to their standard, under their name if that is what suits.

We are comfortable being invisible. If you want the work delivered without our name on it, that is fine. If you want us to deal with your client directly, that is fine too. Tell us which.

“Blast, coat and cart under one contract. No coordinating three suppliers on your time.”

What trade partners actually buy
Crane hire

Machines that present to inspection standard and to your livery. Hi-vis rails, step treads, decals and plates reinstated properly.

Plant hire

Turnaround refinishing between hires, and chassis protection that keeps residual value in the asset.

Truck dealers

Pre-sale cab and chassis presentation. A tired truck and a sharp truck are not the same money.

Workshops & panel shops

The blasting and heavy coating work you do not want to take in house, plus the transport leg if you need it.

02 — How it works

Simple
arrangement.

01

Send the job

Photos, make and model, condition and the standard you need. A phone call is fine.

02

Fixed price back

Scope and price in writing, with what is included and what is not. No variations invented later.

03

We collect or attend

Our float, or we work at your yard. Whichever costs you less time.

04

Delivered back

Returned ready to go out. Photographed on completion so there is no dispute about condition.

What we ask of you

Tell us the real standard and the real deadline. Half the problems in subcontract work come from a vague brief and an optimistic date passed down the chain. Give us the actual requirement and we will either meet it or tell you we cannot before you promise it to your client.

03 — Straight up

Where we
are limited.

If you are placing regular volume, you need to know the ceiling before you rely on us.

ThroughputOwner operated, mobile. One machine at a time. Regular volume is possible but must be scheduled, not dropped on us.
PremisesNo fixed workshop yet, so weather and your yard conditions affect timing. Planned, not in place.
TransportOne prime mover and float. Simultaneous movements are subcontracted and disclosed.
White labelAvailable. We will work under your name and not approach your client.
TermsDiscussed upfront. We will tell you our payment expectations before the first job, not after.
Indigenous statusIf you have participation targets flowing down from a head contract, engaging us contributes to them. Ask and we will provide what your reporting needs.

Got overflow this month?

Send one job through and judge us on it. That is a lower risk way to assess a subcontractor than a meeting.
