Scope of works

Machine assessed and photographed on arrival, scope agreed before any work commenced
Guards, panels and removable components stripped off for separate treatment
Failed coatings, corrosion and contamination removed back to sound, bare substrate
Surface profiled and keyed to the grade the coating system required
High build protective primer applied inside the manufacturer recoat window
Two pack topcoat laid down panel by panel for even colour and sharp lines
Boom livery, hi-vis rails and anti-slip step treads reinstated
Lighting, number plate and decals refitted
Components including wheels, steps and housings finished to match
Machine reassembled, checked and released back to service
