What was done

• Cab and bonnet removed from chassis for separate preparation
• Chassis stripped back from long term contamination and coating breakdown
• Both prepared to the grade required by the coating system
• Rust inhibitive primer applied to prepared steel
• Custom colour two pack topcoat applied to cab, bonnet and chassis
• Wheels, steps, toolboxes and housings finished to match the machine
• Cab refitted to chassis and components reinstated
• Final inspection and release
